All payments to deleteme.com will show deleteme.com or godelete.com, which is the software licensing company, to charge all sums for the requests that you search and any level of service you select as described in these terms or published by deleteme.com and the payment method specified in your account. If you pay any fees with a credit card or PayPal, deleteme, may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account prior to your purchase to verify that the credit card is valid and has the necessary funds or credit available to cover your purchase.

Refunds
Except for the refunds described in this agreement, all fees are non-refundable. In connection with your account registration, Deleteme may, at its sole discretion, offer you a one-time right to a refund or free credits of fees paid for an initial period of time specified at the time of offer (a “Refund”). Refunds are subject to any terms and conditions specified upon registration. You are only eligible to receive a refund once; registering and requesting refunds for multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Refunds will be refunded to the payment method used to make the original purchase and may take up to 90 days to process. If you use your credits to search, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
