One way to check whether any business information exists online is by using search engines or specialized companies monitoring and selling business information. Such websites show you what information about your company exists online and where you can find it. You can then request a specific site holding your business information to delete it.

Below we explain the removal procedures and services.

  1. Complete removal
    If the editor or admin of a news site agrees to completely remove the article, the associated link will also be removed from search results. This is the ideal scenario and the first option we look into when helping our clients. If a site removes an article completely, in our case, nobody agrees on this solution.
  2. De-Indexing
    If a negative news story is de-indexed, it means that the link associated with the story will be completely removed from search engine results. The main issue with the negative news article is not necessarily the fact that it exists but rather the fact that it is highly visible in search results. In most instances, having the link to the negative article de-indexed is just as good of an outcome as complete removal. We use this service.
  3. Legal notice

  4. Legal actions
    There’s one other option when we have a valid court order to be removed from the search engines etc.; this applies to their web search results and other related services if and only if the content is found to be violating the law as published. Steps:

  3. Your request will be evaluated, and a cost will be sent to you for this request;
  4. Upon confirmation of the cost on your part, an invoice will be issued and sent to you;

Special Instructions

You have to be precise about this, and the request must be submitted in a written letter (this will be generated when you submit your request). You need to list a veriation on each line for each key data. For example, a request to remove “John Smith” won’t remove “John Q. Smith,” so you’ll need to request that both be removed.
